Who are you and why are you here?
Academics are divided on who I actually am, and by academics I mean me. I am lots of things, but to you, I am Blue. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give you some fun facts about me so here goes: I am a 19 year old british transgender autistic journalism student with a background in youth activism and politics. I've been up to lots of mischief over the years, those who know: know, those who don't never will. As for why I made this site; Why not? it's something new and something ive not done before, i figured if the transfem sterotype was a computer programmer if i cant beat them i might as well join them yknow? Cobbling together this site by hand has been a valuable learning experience.
So you don't touch grass then?
On the contrary, I am an avid outdoorsman, I love a good camp - though I used to hate it until I went solocamping. Figured the issue was the presence of family and personality clashes, I guess there's always been a soft spot for nature and getting away from the hustle and bustle of urban life in my heart. At the time of writing i'm preparing to go camp in the peak district (that's one of the national parks in the UK), which is going to be so fun.
What sort of things are you interested in?
Various things, from graphics design to old television shows - i'm currently watching Patrick McGoohan's The Prisoner and it's one hell of a show, they really don't make them like they used to... In terms of music, my music taste has been described by some as "bipolar" in general terms my interests span from the 1950s in some cases all the way up to the synth techno pop 1980s, but NEVER post 2000s. Music has really fallen of, like television - they don't make it how they used to.
Outside that i'm involved in various causes from the enviroment to transgender liberation - no, i'm not going to tell you more (this is a deeply personal subject unbefitting a short "about me" page) If you couldn't tell, I am a major lefty (and a member of the Green Party, wheyyyy - we all fancy polanski!!)
